I want to give you an idea on how long Harold and I have been working on this comic. This strip, The Viking Sketch Part One, was written on June 7th, 2012. At the time, this was going to be our 14th Variety Smack script, not the 18th. This is a strip that I have really been looking forward to posting ... and I only had to wait nine months.
Other than the last two panels on the previous strip, this is the first time you see Harold and I in costume portraying other characters. While you won't see too much more of that in the coming months, it is something that we plan to get back to, and in a big way.

That's a real baby that the fella's hired through a local agency. He's actually 36 years old, but he pulls the baby thing off very well :)
